Privacy policy
How we process personal data provided through phuagrola.pl and in the course of business cooperation.
1. Data controller
The controller of personal data is AGROLA sp. z o.o. with its registered office at ul. Składowa 16, 24-100 Puławy, Poland (plant and sales office: Florianów 17, 26-720 Policzna). Contact for data matters: centrum@phuagrola.pl, tel. +48 504 990 991.
2. What data we collect and why
Enquiry form. We process the data provided in the form (company name, VAT ID, contact person's name, phone, e-mail, delivery postcode and the content of the enquiry) to prepare and send a quotation and to answer the enquiry — that is, to take steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and in our legitimate interest of handling correspondence (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Marketing. We send information about our offer and prices by e-mail or phone only to persons who have given voluntary consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). Consent can be withdrawn at any time — for example by writing to centrum@phuagrola.pl — without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. We record the fact of consent together with its date and IP address.
Correspondence and calls. We process the data of senders and callers in order to handle the matter they raise.
3. How long we keep data
Data from enquiries is kept for the duration of commercial discussions and, if cooperation follows, for its duration and the periods required by law (tax and accounting). Data processed on the basis of consent is kept until the consent is withdrawn.
4. Who we share data with
Data may be entrusted to providers operating our systems: hosting and e-mail providers, office software vendors and — to the extent required by law — authorised public bodies. We do not sell data and we do not transfer it outside the EEA except in cases permitted by the GDPR.
5. Your rights
You have the right of access to your data, to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, the right to data portability, the right to object to processing based on legitimate interest and the right to withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa, Poland).
6. Voluntary provision of data
Providing data is voluntary, but without contact details we will not be able to answer the enquiry or prepare a quotation.
