We manufacture the canisters we fill
The 5 and 10 L canisters are blow-moulded at our plant from HDPE granulate. We do not buy them on the market and we do not outsource their production.
Why the packaging decides AdBlue® quality
AdBlue is a urea solution of strictly defined purity. A trace of contamination pushes it outside ISO 22241-1. The damage does not show at once: it appears hundreds of kilometres later, as a ruined SCR catalyst and a repair bill in the thousands.
That is why packaging is not a cost line to optimise here, but part of the product specification. A canister leaves the machine and goes to the filling line with no intermediate storage, transport or handling — the three stages where contamination most often happens.
Machinery
We commissioned the first machine in 2023 and the second in 2026.
What we make and what we buy
We manufacture the 5 and 10 L canisters and the funnels ourselves. The remaining packaging — 1 L bottles, 18 and 20 L canisters, 210 L drums and IBC containers — comes from proven suppliers.

| Typical market risk | How it works here |
|---|---|
| The packaging supplier is late, filling stops | Production is planned together with filling |
| In peak season packaging runs short on the market | We compete with nobody for it |
| Nobody knows what was in the canister before | The canister is new and never left the plant before filling |
